BulAnglia Properties OOD (a Bulgarian registered company) is a joint venture between Boutique Properties in Bulgaria Limited (a UK registered company), Severian-Balaton OOD (a Bulgarian registered company) and Jana Gadjeva, a Bulgarian property specialist. The company is based in Nessebar, Bulgaria.

BulAnglia provides the complete operational construction cycle – from business conception, through risk evaluation, design, and construction to sales and after sales services. The principals of BulAnglia consist of professionals from different property backgrounds. The British partners have been involved in real estate around the globe, most recently in Spain and Florida. The Bulgarian partners are behind many projects such as: the Lozenets Apartment complex in Sofia, the Sineva Hotels and Sea Gate Apartments in Sveti Vlas, the Finlandia Hotel in Pamporovo, the Balaton Hotel in Sunny Beach and the Peter Hotel in Ravda.
